    Pre-Optimized settings for QEffectsGL

    Note: THIS IS OPTIONAL, you can ignore this and just use the default provided in the updater.

    Note: update your client first using the green launcher(ZhyperMU.exe) then paste this file to the ROOT folder.
    It will get overridden when you launch the green launcher so launch MU.exe instead.

    This will not get pushed to the updater until I got this thing 100% optimal.

    Updated, forced the client to ignore textures/polygon reports exceeding 600/second.
    Tested many times(having lower value will have missing sprites and more crashes)
