On my opinion new sets should be better than old ones But the difference shouldnt be much so that other sets will be able to face new ones (With a disadvantage of course) But atleast able to fight new sets.
I hope this can be considered cz as i can see in options the difference is big... Lets say only increase ignore and double damage , not all stats (cdri , edri , double damage , ignore) because it will be ez kill during pks and CS.
Its ok if 2 stats are better than the previous set , so that this will be better ... but 4 stats improvement> cdri,edri,dd,ignore makes it a huge difference.

T4 is
18% crit
18% exe
8% ignore
T5 is
22 Crit
22 Exe
10 ignore
Means difference is 4% 4% 2%
T4 has 3% higher ignore than T2
this T5 has only 2% higher ignore than T4

maybe if we make it 20% instead of 22% but i really doubt you can feel that difference, this is different story when we released the T4 before it was 12% higher on everything i think you guys are thinking this is the same
