Like we always say, Your Account is your Responsibility we dont know how you setup your password or if you share it or whatever but whatever happens to your account is your sole responsibility.
Yes we can maybe replace items from bugs item lost but dont expect us to keep restoring your hacked items just coz you cannot help yourself by securing account or using pilots and you expect us to do this every month for you? and if we say NO you throw some bullcrap email that we are bias we do not ban 3pp from renegade or rmt from renegade please dont be lame finding lame reason to say stupid things to staff just so we are forced to do what you want.
Starting today we will adopt the rules of Valhalla Server ( Your Account, Your Responsibility ) Yes you can cry a river we will not restore any single jewel, why would we if you dont care about your account getting hacked every month? this is stupidity and there is no cure for this.
