I strongly suggest that if you are buying items in webshop or if you are using "Move Items To Vault" and "Clear Inventory" function in our website please take a video so that if anything happens you have a proof that you encounter that kind of problem and we can be able to help you.
If you have screen shots as a proof in your lost item case then that can help too but remember video is more reliable than screen shots.

Also remember this one "NO PROOF NO ACTION".
