Please be that a Ban Inquiry / Appeal (http://www.muonline.biz/zhyper/forumdisplay.php?379-Ban-Inquiry-Appeal) Section has been created once again to help players regarding their question about banned game accounts. Please use the proper FORM (http://www.muonline.biz/zhyper/forms.php?do=form&fid=19) in order for us to respond faster and accurate regarding your concerns.
