E-mail supported services:
- Lost Item Cases (ONLY via e-mail by filing the form)
- Event Coins Exchange ( has been moved to my e-mail for a faster process, same way... Form sends an e-mail to [email protected])


General Rules to follow when you mail admins or you fill up a form:
1. Proofs and Donation details for FO Items is a MUST
2. English only for
3. Forms must be completed properly and with sense
4. One form is enough, so please state your issue(s) nicely so we can deal with them faster
5. Multiple e-mail only cause delay and we lose track of what you submited so far. So Reply is the MAIN function to be used
6. Do not ask for items to be moved, just because you want so, nor removal of one option. Ain't gonna happen
7. We do not retrieve dupe items!
8. Hack cases are not our fault! Why should we fix one of your mistakes? I never saw an account that hacked by his own.

So if all follows at least half of what i mentioned above, instead of replying to 40 mails every day i will have only 20 mails which will make things faster.

You should include dupe removal. I requested dupe removal
last month, it took 3 weeks to be removed.

i have so many lost items duh...
i don't mind it...
this is very helpful to many players...

Thanks for the info bro! And guys! please read the guide section for how to screenshot guide. Because it will help you in the long run when you lose your item, you have proof with SS.

You should include dupe removal. I requested dupe removal
last month, it took 3 weeks to be removed.
